Our Mission:
To provide effective speech, language, and occupational therapy services to children and adolescents in order to build confidence, connections, and communication skills - so they can grow, learn, and be successful in all environments.
USOT opened its doors in January 2022! We now have six speech pathologists, two occupational therapists, and ten therapy spaces, which means more room to play, endless opportunities for learning and growth, and more session availability!

Our clinic provides a safe, compassionate, and caring environment where your child can grow, learn, and build confidence in their communication and developmental skills. At Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy, we build pathways to communication and daily life skills. We collaborate with families, teachers, caregivers, and professionals to ensure that your child is successful in all environments. We are a woman-owned, family centered practice that truly cares about your child. We provide parent and caregiver coaching so your child can work on their communication, feeding, gross/fine motor, and sensory regulation skills every day, not just in the clinic. Although we are a small business, we believe in making big things happen at Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy.
Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy gives every effort to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels appreciated, supported, and understood. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service that respects and embraces diversity. As part of our cultural sensitivity training, we have collaborated with Women's Wellness & Parenting Support Center to better support Somali families in the Twin Cities area.
