Does my child need speech or occupational therapy? 

Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy offers a no-cost, no-obligation initial phone consultation for speech/language concerns. This will give you a chance to speak with a speech pathologist, discuss age-specific milestones and expectations, and help determine the next steps for your child’s care. If you have occupational therapy concerns, we do recommend a full evaluation.

Monday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Friday: CLOSED

Where are you located?

Our office is located in Eden Prairie near 212 Highway and Shady Oak Road. We are on the second floor of the two-story building on the south-east corner of City West Parkway and Shady Oak Road.

Do you accept insurance?

Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy is in network with HealthPartners, United Healthcare, Cigna, UCare, Medica, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We do accept Medical Assistance. Upon request, Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy will provide all necessary information, including diagnoses codes and treatment plans, for you to provide to your insurance company if needed.

Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA and FSA payments through Stripe.

What are your fees?

Fees are individualized and are based on assessment time and your child's needs. Please call for more information.

What populations do you serve?

We see children and adolescents ages birth to 18 who have a variety of communication, feeding, sensory regulation, and fine/gross motor needs.
