Apraxia Adventure Camp 2025

What is it? Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy’s Apraxia Adventure Camp is an opportunity to help your child gain confidence in their communication skills. During camp, your child will participate in fun and engaging activities with a small group. These activities are created to improve your child’s speech while enhancing socialization and peer interaction in a supportive setting. Sessions will be led by experienced speech therapists with expertise in childhood apraxia of speech.

Who is it for? This camp is designed for children diagnosed with childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) or suspected childhood apraxia of speech ages 3 to 7 years old. Your child does not need to be a client of ours to participate in this summer camp.

What is it?
June 11th through August 14th (8-week program)
(June 11th/12th, June 18th/19th, June 25th/26th, July 9th/10th, July 16th/17th, July 30th/31st, August 6th/7th, August 13th/14th) *no camp the weeks of June 30th-July 4th OR July 21st-July 25th
Wednesday session: (ages 3-4) 9:00am to 10:00am
Thursday session: (ages 5-7) 9:00am to 10:00am
